Returns & Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)

If you are shopping from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to Return an Item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at essencelady.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
